Reed Smith Attorney Amy Mushahwar was recently interviewed by IT Business Edge on the McCain-Kerry Bill. According to Amy, "if enacted, the bill would expand the Federal Trade Commission’s jurisdiction to include telecommunications companies for privacy matters.
