U.S. Federal Government Reverses its Stance on Online Gaming

Joseph Rosenbaum, Ramsey Hanna and Joshua Marker posted an update on our sister blog, Legal Bytes, regarding how the Department of Justice reversed its position on the U.S. Wire Act's applicability to online gambling that does not involve sports betting.
